COOLING SERVICES

Air conditioning is normally the whole house system that provides cool air to your home. We service, install, and maintain quality energy rated systems, and we will diagnose and troubleshoot your system to ensure your comfort level can be met. Our cooling services include:

Air Conditioning Maintenance

If you aren't keeping proper maintenance of your AC unit, you may be consuming more energy and paying more money than necessary! Regular AC maintenance can include changing filters, cleaning the AC unit, and making certain all components are functioning correctly. Let's work together to keep your home cool. One of the best times to get a tune-up is before Spring or air conditioning season every year. Schedule your maintenance appointment today.

AC Unit Repair

If your air conditioner is a couple years old, it may not be performing as well as it used to and an occasional repair job is normal. It is important that you pay attention to your unit's performance and schedule an appointment before the issue worsens. You can trust the work of Potter's HVAC to tend to your AC repairs in a quick and professional fashion.

AC Installation For Renovations or New Construction

Are you renovating your home and in need or expanding your air conditioning system? Perhaps your existing AC unit will not be able to effectively cool your new addition. If possible, we can help you optimize your existing units. We also specialize in AC installation and will suggest affordable options for installation for your new renovations or construction.

AC Unit Replacement

Does your AC unit sound like it's about to give out on you? Has your energy bill been on the rise? Any professional HVAC contractor would recommend to you that any unit over 10 years old be replaced. Newer AC equipment can offer you long-term savings through efficiency.

Whole House Fans and Attic Fans

Are you interested in a whole house fan, attic fan, or both? We can help! A whole house fan uses outside air to cool the home and calls for less power than an air conditioning system. While the whole house fan cools the whole hose, the attic fan cools only the attic. As you know, attics can get very hot and stuffy, and affect the temperature of your entire house. With an attic fan, you can release hot air and allow your AC unit to not work as hard trying to counteract the attic heat that has escaped into your upstairs rooms. Both fan options can reduce your energy consumption and positively affect your electric bill.

Ductwork ( Air Duct Repair, Air Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Sealing)
Ducts are sources of airflow, which deliver and remove air, and help keep residents comfortable in their homes. If the ducts were not properly installed or maintained, they will likely become dirty and eventually need to be serviced or replaced. It is difficult to see for yourself if mold/dust exists or if there has been an infestation of pests, which is why Potter's HVAC offers duct inspections. If you are remodeling and concerned about your duct system or if you suspect you ducts are leaking or needing to be cleaned, ask an HVAC expert.
